Small Group Fitness Training with Michelle Nickerson

Fitness instructor Michelle Nickerson will lead a 6-week small group training that will address individual fitness goals and focus on correcting exercise form. 4-week training is also available July 6-27. Call the COA to register and for space availability at 781-786-6280.

Order lunch to enjoy on the COA patio, in the lounge or take home. For the safety of everyone, please park in the lot and pick up on the COA patio. Chicken and Vegetables served with rice & a spring roll. Vegetarian option available. Order by July 8. Good Books, Good Company: a Summer Reading Program for Adults

Add some fun to your summer! It's simple: read or listen to two or more books and complete reviews online or in writing. Four lucky readers will each be awarded a gift certificate for use at a fun local business. Gift certificates will be awarded on August 6.

A Virtual Visit with Edith Maxwell, author of the Quaker Midwife Mysteries

The Mystery Book Group will host Edith Maxwell, Agatha-winning author of the Quaker Midwife series. The group will read her book Called to Justice in advance: Rose Carroll is enjoying the 1888 Independence Day evening fireworks with her beau when a teenaged Quaker mill girl is found shot dead. After a former slave and fellow Quaker is accused of the murder, Rose delves into the crime, convinced of the man's innocence. This book was a 2018 Agatha Award nominee for Best Historical Novel.
