Catfish Summer Swim Team - Spots Still Available! 

The Catfish team is designed to give new swimmers exposure to the sport of swimming while at the same time give veteran swimmers a chance to work out and stay in shape over the summer.  This is strictly a workout team with no meets, and while attendance is definitely encouraged it is a bit more laid back than the Red Waves Team as we understand that people get busy with many things in the summer. The Catfish Team will focus on developing proper stroke technique and having fun! 

Practices take place four days a week at the Middle School Pool and run Mondays through Thursdays, June 27^th – July 29^th (no practice July 4^th). All NEW swimmers must be able to swim one length (25 yards) of the pool front crawl stroke.

Section A: 8 & Under, 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Section B: 9&10, 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Section C: 11-14, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
