Attorney and political scientist Bill Brisk will cover the present state of Latin American politics, the present state of drug trafficking from Latin America to the States, and why the U.S. hasn’t been successful in keeping drugs out of the country. The meeting is open to anyone with an interest in a civil discussion of the issues with a wide variety of participants.
