Zoning Board of Appeals Procedure

The following documents from Town Hall should be taken for recording:

  • 2 Certificates of Town Clerk, stamped by the Town Clerk
  • Copy of the Minutes/Decision of the Case, stamped by the Town Clerk

Conservation Commission Procedure

The following ORIGINAL documents from Town Hall should be taken for recording:

  • Original Order of Conditions.
  • Amended Order of Conditions
  • Extensions to Orders of Conditions
  • Orders of Resource Area Delineation
  • Certificate of Compliance

Planning Board Procedure

The following documents from Town Hall should be taken for recording:

  • Certificate of Town Clerk
  • Certificate of Action, Special Permit/Site Plan Approval
  • Site Plan(s) specified in the Certificate of Action

Required Filing

It is required that proof of Registry of Deeds Recording Document (PDF) (i.e., stamped receipt or stamped document) must be filed immediately with the appropriate board.

Instrument Numbers

The Planning Board requires the instrument number for the site plan and instrument numbers for documents.
