Report Street Light Outages

Weston's street light outages can be called into the Department of Public Works by calling 781-786-5100.

Reporting Procedures
To report an outage, please provide the following information:

• Type of problem, (light outage, cycling on/off, light on during day, etc.)
• Street light pole number (pole number is facing street at eye level)
• Street address closest to the light problem
• Cross street nearest light problem
• Caller's name and phone number (in case of questions by driver)
