The Finance Department is managed by the Finance Director who oversees the day-to-day activities in the the offices of the Town Accountant, Assessors, and Treasurer and Collector. Other functions within the department include Payroll and Accounts Payable.
The Finance Director also supports the Town Manager in the ongoing tasks of budget development, financial management, and policy implementation.

The current fiscal year budget process is online along with a ten year archive of the Town’s operating budget. These pages include budget reports of the Finance Committee and Select Board, draft budget documents, and the audited financial statements.
