Mill Creek Residential has filed a Comprehensive Permit application with the Zoning Board of Appeals for Modera Weston. 

The ZBA and the developer have agreed to extend beyond the 180-day time period to hear the comprehensive permit due to the public health emergency. Once the hearing closes, the ZBA must issue a decision within 40-days of the vote to close the hearings.
