Reduce stress and connect with nature through gentle guided and silent meditation in a quiet corner of the farm. Sip herbal tea, listen to the beat of the drum and the sounds of the meadow and let the stress of your week slip away. Each gathering will begin with a check in then move into a guided meditation with herbal tea. Participants will be invited to reflect after the first meditation before opening the space to quiet mindfulness, guided by a drum beat. The gathering will end with a reflection and check out. Open to all ages, youth under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

Instructor Swati Dave returns for another popular Brain Workout with Math. Here's what will be covered this month:
Explore the art of tracing figures in sand by different cultures from different parts of the world. This is no ordinary tracing. Each figure is drawn with the specification that each line be traced once and only once without lifting the finger from the ground. We will understand the cultural context of the drawings, identify the math and finally link this art to the sophisticated graph theory: the mathematical principles that connect our world.
