Brook School Apartments Elderly Housing
Brook School Apartments is a 4-building complex for people who are at least 62 years of age or who are non-elderly disabled. There are a total of 75 apartments; 55 of which are subsidized and 20 are rented at a market-rate. Income qualification for subsidy follows current HUD income limits. A Weston affiliation preference is in place for Building D only. All units have a waitlist.

Disabled Subsidy Waitlist
Applicants who are under the age of 62 and are disabled may submit an application for housing at Brook School Apartments. The application can be found on the Brook School Apartment's web page.
General Apartment Information
The majority of the apartments is 1-bedroom and the average size is approximately 750 square feet with a galley-style kitchen, air conditioner, wall- to-wall carpeting, and dishwasher. The rent includes heat, hot water, one parking space, and access to free laundry. Each tenant is responsible for paying his / her own electric, cable, and phone bill. All of the buildings have elevators, a community laundry room, and multiple sitting areas. There are 2 large community rooms available for tenant functions and informal group gatherings.
Brook School Apartments is conveniently located near the Council on Aging, the Public Library, and Weston Town Center.

Warren Avenue Housing
Two units, located in a 2-family house at 66-68 Warren Avenue are available to income-eligible applicants. Both units are 2-bedrooms, rented at the 80% AMI. To be considered, please fill out a Ready Renter Pre-Application through the MetroWest Collaborative Development website.
